Is your jewelry waterproof?
It depends on the material, so check the product details. Our stainless steel pieces handle showers, sweat and the gym without damage. Sterling silver and plated pieces last longest if you take them off before swimming or showering and dry them after sweating.
Will it tarnish or turn my skin green?
Stainless steel doesn't tarnish, rust, or turn skin green. Sterling silver can darken naturally over time, and plated finishes slowly wear with friction. A quick wipe after wear and dry storage keep any piece looking sharp.
Is it hypoallergenic?
Our stainless steel pieces are hypoallergenic, and our 925 sterling silver pieces are lead and nickel-free, which suits most sensitive skin. If you have a known metal allergy, check the material listed on the product page.
What's the difference between gold-tone and silver-tone?
The difference is the finish color. Depending on the piece, gold finishes are gold-tone or 18K gold-plated, so check the product details for the exact material and finish.
How do I clean it?
Wipe with a soft, dry cloth after wear. Stainless steel can also be washed in warm water with mild soap and a soft brush. For sterling silver, use a silver polishing cloth rather than soaking it.
